STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

STRONG Nation™ also has options to suit your specific goals. The original STRONG Nation™ class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones. STRONG Nation™ also has a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

Personal Coaching

What is STRONG Nation™ Personal Coaching?

  • STRONG Nation™ Personal Coaching is a new small group or 1-on-1 class format pairing STRONG Nation™ music and key moves from the Quadrants, expanded into a series of repetitive, sprint-like routines for an effective, high-intensity workout
  • Personal Coaching is a great complement to  STRONG Nation™ classes. Because it allows the teacher to coach and check the posture more and he or her does not have to perform every move as they teach, this format offers  an option that is less physically demanding for  the instructor, and gives them more time to give the attention to the students and to make sure they perform the exercises in the proper posture to avoid injuries.

Who does it attract?  

  • This format is a great option for anyone looking to get or stay in shape, but who is not yet ready to step back into the fitness room with larger groups. It’s also for those looking to get a more one-on-one, personalized experience.
  • For students, it’s an effective high intensity workout with a personal coach that will hold them accountable, all from the socially distanced safety of a small group (or solo!). No equipment needed.

What do you  take with you to class:


  • sturdy sports shoes
  • layers of clothing in cold weather
  • possibly gloves for push-ups
